3. Rules for Actors

• Photos and videos must be yours and up to date
• List real experience and skills
• Only apply to castings matching your profile
• Communicate respectfully with casting directors

4. Rules for Casting Directors

• Post only real castings with accurate descriptions
• Listings requiring payment from actors are prohibited
• Using the platform for collecting personal data is prohibited
• Update casting statuses promptly

5. Prohibited Content

• Sexual or pornographic content
• Discrimination of any kind
• Spam, fraud, misleading information
• Copyright infringement

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your content (photos, videos, text). By posting content on GetActress, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

GetActress is an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for:

• Casting results and casting directors' decisions
• Accuracy of user-posted information
• Losses related to using or inability to use the service

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violating these terms without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update terms of use. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
